Part One of Book One
Why is this happening?
It all started on January 21, 2006, At a rehearsal dinner held the day before I married a foreign girl and met some of her family. Her uncle was high up in the pecking order in foreign country. I was surprised to learn that he knew who I was. Although I was marrying his niece, So? My wife to be introduced us. He suggested that maybe I should make some time to talk with him over the next 3 days. I agreed and gave him my contact info. He waved my hand away saying that he already has that info. One of his security guys gave me a card with Uncle's private number. I thought to myself WOW, never thought I would be talking to an Oligarch of another country. He said we will talk soon. I went on to meet the rest of our guests. My wife to be told me to watch how I talked with her uncle because he is a very powerful man.

The next day around noon a car drove up to my home, the driver came to the door and asked if I would go for a ride to talk with Uncle? Sure (why not). When we arrived at his hotel we went into a private room off the main lobby. Uncle was walking towards us with his hand out to shake mine. Hello my friend, have a seat and join me for a glass of champagne, weddings are to be celebrated. He went on to say that he had been watching me for a while now and was impressed with my business skills. He said I had a history of only renting to white people. He said I have what it takes to go far. He asked what political party I liked? I told him republican. He said great, That’s a good start as they are not as educated as the democrats. They are easily fooled. How would you like to be President of the United States? I replied Wow where did that come from? That would be (Ehuge) if we could pull it off. He said he could help put me in the oval office behind the Resolute desk. We both laughed but he stopped laughing way before me. That moment stuck with me all that day and night. (he really meant it). He continued to instruct me on the ways of making people do what You want, (not what they want). Before we parted that night he handed me a phone saying this is the only way we talk to each other from now on. The next night after the wedding and the crowd thinned, I spotted Uncle across the room with his protection squad talking to my new wife. Right then he looked up at me and waved me over. I finished saying good bye to some friends and went over. I was told by my father that the Uncle was a very smart man. As I got close, he stood up to shake my hand, with a very stern grip by both of us (although his hand was much bigger than mine). We smiled at each other in what I can only described as a devilish look in our eyes.

We exchanged pleasantries and sat down. He asked if I had thought about what he said the night before. I said, What, about being president some day? He said yes, I replied very much so. He then said, I can help you get there. How is that I said. He said there are a few rules you must live by for the next 8 years or so. To truly get ahead in this world, you must play the LONG game. You must make this your way of thinking, from here on out. I said, ok what are the rules? He proceeded to lay out the plan. He said, first, build your circle with very influential people, to include millionaires and billionaires, heads of state and broadcasting network CEO's if possible. Billionaires are for partners to share the wealth with because they will get you through the hard times. Millionaires making under $500,000,000 are your fall guys and you WILL need fall guys. You can count on their money much more than you can the billionaires. The millionaires want to be part of the billionaires club so much that they will jump at the chance to make one of them happy, thinking all along that it will give them a foot in the door to the billionaires club. You promise them the ranch but only give them a stuffed pony. You have to keep your supporters hungry, because that is where most of your money will come from. They will work harder for your cause if they think they will get something out of it. Find out what is the one common thread that they are willing to fight for. Uneducated people like guns and their freedom to use them. The smart ones are harder to control. They will know that you are trying to pull the wool over their eyes. Find someone who is lobbying for gun rights and/or the 1st or 2nd Amendments. Support anyone else that has their interests at heart. Your not here to make friends. Just Money and Power.

Baffle your supporters with Bullshit
Let them know loud and clear that you are on their side, and that you are the only one that can make their dreams come true. Show them that you stand for everything they do and much more. Tell them that they will benefit from you being in office. Just for different reasons. Let them have a taste of what big money can do if it's in the right hands. Buy some toys for a few people in local governments and get them to change some local laws that your supporters will benefit from. Make sure that it is covered by the news to get the word out that you are a helper not a destroyer of their rights and future. When times are good, you will get the credit. When things are bad, let them know it was the other guy taking their rights away that is causing their hardship. Let some money go to your supporters, throw rallies. Let them know that they can come to learn more about what you are going to change on their behalf. Let them know that all will be free of charge. That it is a show of thanks for their support. Tell them that everyone you support for election wins. And that they should keep you up to date about others that have their needs at heart. Just let them know that it's all about them. That you will support the ones that are fighting for what they want. So they will continue to work hard for you. All the while you continue to build your coffers with cash from the undereducated. Next, You must build up a group of millionaire lawyers that will do your bidding. Give them a huge retainer to get them on board. They will think that there may be an even bigger payday at the end of it all. Keep your eyes and ears open always. Hire someone to follow you (always out of sight) with a camera to document your meetings. You never know when you may need proof or blackmail evidence to get someone to do your bidding. No matter who it is. You can get them to do something for you that may be construed as illegal. You know, just outside the legal lines of the law, nothing too big, just something that they would not want to go public. This gives you pull over their firm. Try to video all of your meetings or at least record the audio. Gather all info on where EVERYONES bodies are buried, all their secrets, You can hold that over their head when you want them to do things that are surely way over that legal line. (Things that most people would go to jail for). Only then will you have complete control…

Then Uncle told me what he does for info. He said he has several whore house's in his country that he controls. They all have recording devices installed. You will benefit from that info later on when you need it to be. I send out free coupons to the people I want dirt on. Next, You should buy all of the companies you can that are having financial difficulties. They are the easiest and fastest to buy. But only do this under shell companies so that it's hard to trace back to you. In other words, hire a creative accountant and realtor to set it up. Then the focus is not on you. Buy as many as you can for the next 6 to 8 years. Buy them for cheap. The day after you legally own the properties, close them and sell off any product and machinery that is there. Clean up the property so anyone buying can move their things right in. Sell the property at whatever the market will handle, 2 or 3 time your investment. You can also set the value of the property high and use it as an asset to borrow against. Move on to the next property and the next and the next and the next. The more property you have, the more you are worth on paper. The richer you look, the more people will think you must really know what you're doing. Get your properties over valued. Always tell people that you are worth way more than you really are. Soon there will be a line of people who not only believe it, but they will start giving you their money to invest for them. Soon you will have enough to build an impressive structure you can put your name on, even though you build it with other peoples money, very little of your own. No matter how big or small it is, make it the most beautiful building in the neighborhood. No one but you and the IRS will know the truth and they are sworn to secrecy even though in real life you are cash poor (all is invested). At this point you are only a cash manager for other peoples money.

You can now play the system with other peoples money for the rest of your life. When this happens and it will happen. Set your sights on the political horizon. Get to know some low level politicians. Over time you can work your way up to Senators and Governors. At this point your word is worth much more than you are. Then start to endorse the better guy for your supporters. Make sure the one you endorse is Republican because that's where the money is. Let the word get around that your endorsement can help get their people elected. Be with them as much as possible to let everyone know you only back winners. Wait until later in their campaign when you know they will have a better chance to win, then swoop in with your support. Broadcast your support everywhere on TV, radio, and social media so that more people follow him/her/you and in turn follow you with their wallets open. Always have a project/cause going that needs more money to be implemented. Then your people will always have a place to donate their racist money. There is always someone who needs to invest some of their ill-gotten gains. Let people know you are the golden goose, toot your own horn. Tell them you make people rich. Always remember to promise them the farm, but only give them a chicken. Uncle said call me anytime for advice. I can make you President if you want me to. Your future starts today and the future is bright RED. Get your family involved. Keep the LONG GAME in mind always. A few days later my father was able to give me some cash capital so that I could start greasing just the right palms to really set this plan in action ($3 Million). That day I made arrangements to meet with Uncle on the 3rd of each month in person/phone to exchange information on any plan changes that should be made.

I started buying up some abandoned factories under a shell company I set up. It's a real estate firm I put in my daughter's name. She didn't know that she owned it until 2 years later when I went through my first IRS audit. More on that later. I talked her into getting her real state license. She was eager to be involved in the family's dynasty. Later she was able to help me acquire some buildings that were able to be salvaged. They were cleaned out and leased out as warehouse space and small manufacturing. Those that weren't salvageable were demolished, The property was then turned into green space and sold as a clean property. Clean property is worth 5 times more in the industrial area of the city. Any improvements made also increases the value. (ready accessible utilities). I could jack up the value to use as an asset to borrow money on. Whenever I would need quick cash, it was easy to just hand over the deed to the bank as collateral. Now I have thriving rental property in Manhattan. It's value was increased by 20 times (on paper). Forbes says my estimated wealth is about 12 million (on paper). Since my daughter got her real estate license, she has been busy buying and selling. I made her my real estate manager to buy and sell with my guide lines. Now I have clout and it's paying off. I bought a warehouse from a nice couple that lives in Florida. They had inherited the property and wanted to unload it 50 cents on the dollar. I told them that I would take over the property and would call them when the property sells, so they could be at closing. They agreed. I asked if they would like to go have lunch. Sure they replied and asked if I knew somewhere close. I replied no problem, I'll have my car meet us out front. So off we went.

At lunch they talked about their place in Florida and how great it was. They said it was very secluded, there were no neighbors for over a mile and they always have people over to party on the weekends. I asked what they do for fun when people come to their house. Cindy said they enjoy the privacy, the peace and there are night clubs down the road a ways. Cindy looked at me with a sensual smile and said anything goes if you're not bashful. Then she looked at Max and he nodded his head (like giving permission). Cindy invited me down anytime that I could get away. We exchanged private info, finished lunch and they went back to the hotel. It took a large amount of my ready capital but I was able to swing it. I was able to have it split into 3 different store fronts. I now have 3 times the lease income and in Manhattan that’s big money. My daughter had a hard time renting 2 of them and were empty for almost 2 months. The 1 was not enough to pay the bank payments. Lucky my father was once again able to cover me a few months (3 million). 1 month later all 3 are leased out and money was flowing good again, although not as fast as I would like. With the economy the way it is, many properties were up for sale all at once. I finished 2 more deals over the next few weeks after about a month of schmoozing with some of the very rich I met through some friends. I now have invites to two black tie events for later next month.

I looked through my calendar and had nothing important for about a week. So I called my new friends Max and Cindy. Cindy answered. She was overjoyed that I could come down for a week. So I went for a visit in Florida. When I arrived I was greeted by a very good looking young lady and Cindy in white knee length see through robes. After a big hug from Cindy, 2 more girls took my luggage to my room and I was offered a cocktail. We sat on the patio by the pool. I thought to my self, this is the life. It was getting late and I had some jet lag. So I excused myself for the night. Cindy said she had some decorating to do and would be busy all day and would see us when we returned. We got some clubs together (he had 4 sets in the garage). We got into his golf cart. It had a stereo, chrome rims, was jacked up and looked really fast. We just got on to the main road when he said hold on. I grabbed the handle and he floored it. We were doing at least 60 miles per hour. We started the round of golf and had a chance to talk private. Max told me that he had a real sweet deal down here. There were XXX movies playing on big screen TV's on all 4 walls. Cindy informed me the girls were tested daily so no need for rubbers.
